This is upstream provider latency, not a bug. Your Konshus is working — deeper answers just take a little longer to compose.
Workaround: The typing indicator now says "Still thinking…" after 4s and "Still composing — this one's a longer answer…" after 10s so you know it's not stuck.
If you see a memory that's been distilling more than 2 hours, the auto-reaper will pick it up on the next tick. No action needed.
Workaround: Email hello@konshus.ai with the memory title if it's older than 24 hours.
Adaptive chunker + tier-indexed caps + client auto-split. If your Obsidian ZIP has more notes than your tier's per-upload cap, the app now splits and uploads them for you.
Producer-crashed jobs older than 30 minutes are now auto-reaped and re-queued so "Distilling…" doesn't spin forever.
Reply-length caps fixed so answers finish cleanly instead of getting cut off.
Adding Konshus to your home screen and opening a share link now lands on the right page.
Pasted exports with curly quotes now auto-normalize instead of failing with a "not valid JSON" error.
Forgot-password flow ships a real /reset-password page; login handoff after Meet no longer drops the session.
