Konshus vs SaveMyChatbot / SaveMyPhind
If you've been using SaveMyChatbot / SaveMyPhind to grab ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity conversations into markdown — respect. That's exactly the workflow Konshus builds on.
The two tools solve overlapping problems, and there's no rivalry here. The reason you're on this page is probably one of three:

What SaveMyChatbot / SaveMyPhind does
It's a single-purpose export tool. Click the icon on a conversation page, get a markdown file. That's it, and for a lot of people that's enough. Hugo Collin maintains it in the open on GitHub, ships fixes when providers change their DOM, and doesn't try to do too much.
What Konshus adds on top of "just export"
- Same 4 providers — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — captured live via the Konshus browser extension.
- Every capture lands in your Vault, not on your filesystem. Searchable, tagged, indexed across models.
