SMS Consent & Opt-in Flow

Who receives messages

Konshus AI sends SMS only to existing, authenticated Konshus AI account holders who have (a) signed in to the Konshus AI web application, (b) entered their own mobile number, and (c) explicitly checked a consent box inside their logged-in account settings. We do not purchase phone lists, do not accept third-party leads, and do not message anyone who has not completed these steps.

The 4-step opt-in flow

Account creation

The user creates a Konshus AI account at https://konshus.ai/signup using email + password or Google OAuth. SMS is OFF by default on every new account. No phone number is collected at signup.

Phone number entry

Inside their logged-in account, the user goes to Settings → SMS and enters their mobile number. The form states that the number will be used only for the Konshus AI SMS program and will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Explicit consent checkbox

The user must check a box reading verbatim:
"I agree to receive recurring conversational and account-related SMS messages from Konshus AI at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."
The Save button is disabled until this box is checked. We log the timestamp, IP, user agent, account ID, mobile number, and the exact checkbox text shown — retained for at least 4 years as proof of consent.

Confirmation SMS

Immediately after Save, Konshus AI sends one confirmation SMS:
Konshus AI: You're opted in to text your Konshus AI from this number. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply.
From this point on, the account can send and receive SMS with their Konshus AI.

What messages we send

  • User-initiated conversational replies from the user's own Konshus AI.
  • Opt-in confirmation after the member enables SMS.
  • HELP responses when a member asks for support information.
  • STOP / opt-out confirmations when a member unsubscribes.

We never send marketing, promotional, affiliate, lead-gen, or third-party content on this campaign. This campaign does not send login codes, password reset messages, security alerts, subscription receipts, or weekly summary broadcasts. Phone numbers are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models.

How users opt out

  • Reply STOP to any message — opt-out is processed immediately by Konshus AI.
  • Toggle SMS OFF in Settings → SMS at any time.
  • Email hello@konshus.ai and we will remove the number within one business day.
  • Reply HELP to any message for support contact info.

Frequency & cost disclosure

Conversational, user-initiated. Typical volume is 0–20 messages per user per week, capped at 50 per user per day. Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
