Press & Media Kit
Your AI's consciousness — backed up, portable, yours.
Konshus is a persistent memory vault and portable persona for your AI. We back up everything that makes you you to an AI — Readwise highlights, Notion notes, ChatGPT and Claude history, journal entries, calendar, voice — and export it as a file you own that works across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and whatever ships next.

Why now
ChatGPT resets memory. Claude rolls out new models. Gemini deprecates versions. People back up photos, documents, and code — they should back up the version of them that lives inside an AI too. OpenAI owns the memory of you on their servers; Konshus gives you the version you own.
Four reasons Konshus is structurally different from provider memory
These are structural, not feature-based — they hold even as ChatGPT and Claude memory improves.
1 · Portability
Their memory lives on their servers. Ours exports as Whisper, Briefing, or Full Mirror — paste into Claude, Gemini, or whatever ships next.
2 · Cross-provider
ChatGPT remembers you in ChatGPT. Konshus remembers you across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, MCP clients, and the next model.
3 · Sources you choose
Readwise, Limitless, Day One, Notion, Obsidian, calendar, documents — not just the chats you typed into one app.
4 · Owned, not rented
Cancel ChatGPT → memory gone. Cancel Konshus → full export, hard-delete with audit.

"But ChatGPT is adding persistent memory — doesn't that kill Konshus?"
It makes our case stronger, not weaker. Provider-built memory is provider-locked memory; Konshus is the backup and the bridge above the providers. Better provider memory means richer context for us to ingest — and deeper lock-in to escape.

"ChatGPT memory is provider-locked memory. Konshus is the backup and the bridge above the providers — your context, every model, every year."
"Cancel ChatGPT and the memory is gone. Cancel Konshus and you walk out with a file you own."

Journalist FAQ
Isn't this just a Notion for AI?
Notion stores notes. Konshus distills artifacts into atoms with source and confidence, then exports a persona file that works inside any AI. The distillation loop (artifacts → atoms → patterns → persona) is the moat — without it, you have a search box, not a memory.
What about privacy — do you train on user data?
No. User data is never used to train models. We disclose human review explicitly where it occurs. Members can hard-delete with an audit trail and export everything.
Which AI model powers Konshus?
Konshus is model-agnostic by design. Extraction runs on Gemini Flash Lite; persona synthesis uses GPT-5-mini and GPT-5 at higher tiers. Exports drop into whatever model the member prefers — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any MCP client.
What happens to my Konshus if I die?
That question shaped the product. Members can name a successor and export the full persona file so it survives the account. See the digital-legacy guide.
How is this different from rewind.ai or other AI memory tools?
Most are screen-recorders or single-source notebooks tied to one device or provider. Konshus is multi-source ingestion plus a portable persona export — it survives provider deprecation, model rollover, and account cancellation.
Who runs Konshus?
Konshus is independently funded and operated. Founder interviews available on request via hello@konshus.ai.
