Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan cancels in one click from Settings. Annual plans run to the end of your paid period; you keep your Vault either way and can export everything you've built.
Is this a replacement for ChatGPT, Claude, or Muse?
No — and that's the point. Konshus wasn't built to out-chat ChatGPT or Claude. It was built to make them better. Your Konshus carries the context they keep forgetting — your values, your projects, the decisions you've already made — and hands it to whichever model you're using, via export, copy-paste, or the Claude and ChatGPT connectors. You can talk to your Konshus directly (some members use it as the first call on big decisions because it remembers their past), but the real unlock is that when a new model ships next quarter, your Konshus is already there and already knows you.
Is my Vault private, and who owns it?
You do. Your Vault is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted and logged, and your information is never sold or used to train AI. Review it, download a full archive, or delete it with a 7-day grace period and audit trail. AI providers can change; the memory remains under your control.
Will Konshus still work when ChatGPT, Claude, or Muse ship new models?
Yes. Your Konshus lives in your Vault rather than inside one AI provider. As models and companies change, you can carry forward the context you have built instead of starting over.
What does the price-lock mean?
Founding members anchor the product. In exchange for joining now, your $149/yr (down from a $456/yr list) is locked for life as long as you stay subscribed — even after public pricing rises. Cancel anytime; if you ever come back later, you come back at the then-current price.
If I upgrade to Counsel, do I lose my $149/yr Founding rate?
No. Once you're in the Founding cohort, the $149/yr rate is yours permanently — move up to Counsel, move back down later, and you return to that rate. Upgrading is never treated as leaving. The only thing that ends the lock is cancelling outright and rejoining later.
Does Counsel renew at $299 or at the $996/yr list price?
$299. Start Counsel or Counsel Pro at today's rate and you keep it at renewal for as long as you stay on the plan. It isn't the lifetime price-lock — that's Founding only — but you will not be renewed onto a higher number.
