Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan — monthly or annual — cancels in one click from Settings. Annual plans run to the end of your paid period; you keep your Vault either way and can export everything you've built.
Is this a replacement for ChatGPT or Claude?
No — and that's the point. Konshus wasn't built to out-chat ChatGPT or Claude. It was built to make them better. Your Konshus carries the context they keep forgetting — your values, your projects, the decisions you've already made — and hands it to whichever model you're using, via export, copy-paste, or the Claude and ChatGPT connectors. You can talk to your Konshus directly (some members use it as the first call on big decisions because it remembers their past), but the real unlock is that when a new model ships next quarter, your Konshus is already there and already knows you.
Can you read my memories?
No, and that's the design. Atoms are encrypted with a key only you control — we can't read them even if we wanted to. Your memories are never used to train AI: not by us, not by any provider.
Who owns my data?
You do. Every memory, every atom, every export is yours. Download a full archive any time from Settings → Export. Hit delete and we hard-delete within the 7-day grace window — audit logged, never used to train external models. AI providers come and go; your Konshus stays with you.
Will Konshus still work when ChatGPT or Claude ship new models?
Yes. Konshus lives in your Vault, not on a provider's server. When OpenAI deprecates a model or Anthropic resets memory, your Konshus is untouched — and the next model you point it at immediately inherits everything you've built.
What does the price-lock mean?
Founding members anchor the product. In exchange for joining now, your $149/year (down from a $456/year list) never goes up as long as you stay subscribed — even after public pricing rises. Cancel anytime; if you ever come back later, you come back at the then-current price.
